1. Introduction

Welcome to SocialCraft AI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SocialCraft AI is an AI-powered social media content generation platform that helps users create, optimize, and schedule content across multiple platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The optional SocialCraft AI Copilot Chrome extension provides a drafting side panel and social-page intelligence for supported SocialCraft AI, LinkedIn, X, and Twitter workflows. Before it stores an authentication token or sends page data to the SocialCraft backend, the extension displays a data-use disclosure and requires an affirmative acknowledgment. Before consent, its content scripts only exchange the consent/readiness messages needed to establish the gate; they do not inspect page DOM or extract/transmit page, profile, message, or connection content. Most page-data operations are user-requested; a limited LinkedIn profile/company CRM lookup may run when a supported profile is recognized. Extension data is used only for the disclosed features and related security, reliability, and legal operations; it is not sold or used for personalized advertising. The extension does not read Google cookies or provide NotebookLM/Product Guru functionality.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
• One account per person
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly subscriptions bill every 30 days from purchase date

4.5 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Access continues until end of billing period
• 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Generate spam, malicious, or illegal content
• Violate platform-specific content policies
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Use AI-generated people, voices, or videos to create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements, or present them as real customers
• Use a real person's name, photo, voice, or likeness without their permission
• Knowingly remove, alter, obscure, crop out, or circumvent any AI-generation label, watermark, or content credentials (provenance metadata) that generated content carries, other than through options the service provides, or help anyone else to do so
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or scrape our service
• Use the service for automated/bot accounts
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Create harmful, discriminatory, or explicit content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All SocialCraft AI branding, software, algorithms, and interfaces are our proprietary property.

6.2 Your Content

• You own all content you input into our service
• You own all AI-generated content created by your prompts
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content

6.3 AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or platform compliance
• You must ensure generated content complies with all applicable laws
• You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it, for example advertisements that show AI-generated people
• When you acknowledge responsibility for disclosure in the product, you are the advertiser and publisher of the resulting video, and we may export it without a visible AI label. Generated videos carry content credentials (provenance metadata) either way, which may be lost when a file is re-encoded or uploaded, and platforms may label them automatically

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's terms)
• Supabase: Data storage and authentication
• AI, search, and media providers: Google Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Firecrawl, Brave Search, Pexels, ElevenLabs, and Hugging Face/Chatterbox, depending on the feature requested
• Email, hosting, and infrastructure: Resend, MailerLite, Supabase, Vercel, and Railway
• Social Media Platforms: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram/Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• NotebookLM / Google: Optional Product Guru functionality uses a user-provided NotebookLM session through the web application

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• Cancel your subscription anytime
• When you request account deletion, SocialCraft backend access is blocked and the request is scheduled for purge 30 days after the request. A daily automated cleanup job records attempts and purges application data and first-party storage objects; because it runs daily, the purge may occur shortly after the 30-day mark. Failed attempts remain pending and are retried, subject to operational availability and applicable legal or provider-retention exceptions. Third-party providers may retain data under their own terms, backups, or legal obligations.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior toward support staff
• Non-payment

10. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these terms at any time
• Material changes will be notified through the service or by email where reasonably practicable
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
• Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas
• You agree to binding arbitration for disputes under the Federal Arbitration Act
